At Omira Fashion, we strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange subject to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team at omirafashion1000@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for exchange.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.
Size Exchange
- We offer one-time size exchange subject to product availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Customized or altered products.
Shipping Charges
- Exchange shipping charges may apply unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from Omira Fashion.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
