Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Omira Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed where applicable.
